Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 3 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an existing delivery.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your delivery, please call us at 347-997-8242 between the hours of 9AM-5PM. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the delivery is cancelled less than 3 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when the client (the recipient) is not available to receive the package without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client a package delivery fee of $9.99 for the cancellation.
